The Festival of Nature presents an evening of spoken word performance featuring leading international writers and poets responding to the impact of climate change on people. BIOSPHERE: Climate Change and People will feature J Edward Chamberlin (Canada), Nick Makoha (Uganda), Dean Atta and Rebecca Tantony performing new work alongside existing pieces.
BIOSPHERE is a new spoken word programme for the Festival of Nature 2014, exploring the role of literature in engaging people with nature, and nature in engaging people with literature. BIOSPHERE features two evenings of spoken word performance at Watershed, as a programme of 100 local poets performing at the Festival of Nature: Wild Weekend on 14 and 15 June and Festival of Nature: Bath Goes Wild on 7 June.
