The Dragonfly sites are copyright by Mary Woodbury. Low-resolution book covers are used as fair use for educational purposes. Higher-res book covers are used with permissions. Unless otherwise stated, images are copyright by others. In the past, we used a Goodreads plugin, which picks up recent book descriptions and covers; this information is copyright by Goodreads, and the plugin is used with Goodreads’ guidelines and standards. Going forward, we are linking to Booknet instead and using excerpts of publisher book descriptions and low-res book covers.

Individual submissions are copyright by the publisher or author who submits them and may not be copied without permission. For author library excerpts, a copyright notice is a short line of text that lets the public know that your work is protected by copyright law and is not to be copied. This site provides a copyright notice for each library excerpt submitted. However, neither the owner Mary Woodbury, nor the domains at Dragonfly.eco, are responsible for enforcing copyrights.
